When you know, you know.

When you know, you know.

Having an unexpected Saturday off, I decided to head over to the Nashville Fairgrounds Flea Market to see what I could find. I've been dying to get my hands on a Twin Lens Reflex, so I jumped in the car and headed on over.

The first thing I encountered during my time at the flea market was this magical man that I like to call "Sponsored Elvis". He had all the moves, The gun fingers, The Hiya's, the "Uh Thank you very much", all were on point. He was the Elvis we all needed, but not the one we deserved.

It didn't take long to find what I was looking for as my TLR was sitting three tents in. I haggled the man down to $40 for 2 cameras. It did not have a name plate so it was very hard to find out what it was. The only writing it had was "LIPCA" on the back and there is not much info on these camera other than it was made in 1951 and it's name was Flexora.

Being a Futurama fan I've decided to name it lovingly "Flexo"

I took it home, gave it a good bath and took it out for a test drive today. Here are some shots from today using Ilford HP5 120mm Film

All I can say is that I'm going to need A LOT more film. I can't wait until my color developer kit comes in.
